It's a Series I, so has no upper body weight at all. It'll tilt to 45 degrees on its own just fine - the only critical measure would be how soft the springs are.

That being said, the ramps are of "why did you turn" incident level sketchy, so I'm skeptical that they did anything with the springs.

I've seen this pic before, but don't really have much context for it. It *is* unusual in having the hard top + canvas sides - very few out there like that.
